By using AST Visualizer, provided by Swupel e.U., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AST Visualizer is a SaaS tool for visualizing Python Abstract Syntax Trees and complexity metrics. We offer "Free" and "Pro" subscription tiers.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Payments are handled via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal in your account settings.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or to upload malicious code. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The application code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of Swupel e.U. Your uploaded code remains your own property; we do not claim any rights to your source code.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". Swupel e.U. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
