This Privacy Policy describes how Swupel e.U. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal data when you use AST Visualizer.

2. Data We Collect

Account Data: When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password.

Payment Data: We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe provides us with a customer ID and subscription status.

App Data: The code you analyze in the browser is processed locally where possible. For project analysis, files may be temporarily processed on our servers but are not stored longer than necessary for the analysis session.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data to provide the service, manage your subscription, and ensure the security of your account based on contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Data Sharing

We share data with third-party service providers only as necessary:

Stripe: For payment processing.
Hosting Providers: To run our application servers (located in the EU).

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. You also have the right to data portability and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at office@swupel.com.
